Introducing William Troughton, Independent Mental Wellbeing Specialist
VitaEdge is pleased to introduce William Troughton, a registered integrative counsellor who works exclusively with men and brings a practical, grounded and collaborative approach to mental wellbeing.
Wellbeing is not only about what happens in the gym or what goes into a supplement routine. For many men, lasting progress also means having the space to understand what is happening beneath the surface, speak openly and make more intentional choices.
We are pleased to introduce William Troughton as an independent mental wellbeing specialist available through VitaEdge's consent-led Level 3 referral network.
Who is William Troughton
William is a registered integrative counsellor who works exclusively with men. His practical, grounded and collaborative approach supports men experiencing stress, identity and relationship difficulties, depression, fatherhood, anger, purpose, emotional regulation and life transitions.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School and is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), registration no. 418073.
What an introduction means
William provides a confidential space without judgement or pressure to fit a particular therapeutic narrative. His work helps clients understand patterns, make intentional choices and move forward with greater clarity and emotional resilience.
William is an independent professional, not a VitaEdge employee or product advisor. He retains responsibility for his therapeutic work, professional judgement, confidentiality and client relationship. VitaEdge facilitates consent-led introductions only.
Members can read William's full profile on our Clinical Advisory page. His approved member contact route will be added there when it is available.
A separate professional relationship
Therapy remains a relationship between the client and the therapist. Members may continue working with their therapist independently of their VitaEdge membership, without penalty or pressure. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate urgent support service.
